Terms and Conditions

1. Subscription Plans:
  • The subscriber agrees to choose a monthly/annual subscription plan, which includes any of the following design services: logos, posters, flyers, graphics for social media, branding guides, business cards, menus, presentation decks, websites, and mobile apps.
  • An alternative subscription monthly/annual rate may be chosen by subscribers opting for all of the above design services in addition to Webflow website development and FlutterFlow mobile app development.
2. Service Scope:
  • The design and development services cover the agreed-upon deliverables mentioned in the selected subscription plan.
  • All services are provided on a monthly basis, and the subscriber is entitled to submit any number of design and development projects within the chosen plan. Only one chosen (by the subscriber) project will be worked on at one time until the subscriber is satisfied and determines that project is complete.
  • Design Jitsu has the right to manage and break subscriber's task into smaller tasks to avoid scope overload.
3. Payment and Billing:
  • Subscribers will be billed on a monthly or annual basis for the chosen subscription plan based on the settings chosen by the subscriber.
  • Payments will be processed automatically using the provided payment information.
  • Failure to make timely payments may result in a temporary suspension of services.
4. Subscription Changes:
  • Subscribers have the option to upgrade or downgrade their subscription plan at any time between design and development plans.
  • Changes to the subscription plan will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
  • Subscribers can pause their plan at any time. Project boards will not be deleted until subscriber cancels the plan completely. Any remaining time for the billing period will be applied to the subscriber's account when service resumes before being billed for the following period.
5. Intellectual Property:
  • All designs, websites, and mobile apps developed during the subscription period are the intellectual property of the subscriber upon successful payment and completion. Design Jitsu and the designers within the company have the right to use all designs and projects publicly within personal and company portfolios.
6. Cancellation and Refunds:
  • Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle, and cancellation does not waive any outstanding payment obligations.
7. Confidentiality:
  • Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or confidential information exchanged during the term of the subscription.
8. Termination:
  • The service provider reserves the right to terminate the subscription in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions by the subscriber.
9. Governing Law:
  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Michigan, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.

By subscribing to our design and development services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The service provider reserves the right to update or modify these terms, and subscribers will be notified of any changes.
